The orchestration dashboard gives one operator visibility into every conversation, every queue, and every metric in real time.
Under the hood, each conversation flows through a controllable pipeline: channel adapter → intent classifier → flow runner → AI agent → integration tools (REST, databases, internal APIs). Operators tune behavior at every stage — they edit prompts, adjust flow logic, change escalation thresholds, and review transcripts that disagreed with policy. The result is an operation where one person can curate the agents that handle thousands of customers per month.
Pricing reflects the operating model. Plans are billed by new conversations per month plus stored conversations and contacts — not by AI tokens, agent seats, or storage. Token consumption is unlimited under fair use because we manage model routing internally; you don't budget tokens. The lowest tier (Rocket, R$350/mo) targets growing teams that prefer a hard cap and one-click upgrade; Spaceship and Enterprise add metered overage for operations at scale.

Three plans: Rocket (R$350/mo, 500 new conversations/mo, no overage), Spaceship (R$850/mo, 1,500 new conversations/mo, overage up to +50%), and Enterprise (R$1,950/mo, 5K new conversations/mo, uncapped overage). All plans include unlimited agents, unlimited AI tokens under fair use, and unlimited storage. Annual upfront gets a 10% discount.
Are AI tokens metered?+
No. AI usage is unlimited under fair use across every plan. We manage model cost on our side through internal routing — you don't budget tokens.
How do WhatsApp broadcasts work?+
Broadcasts are an optional pre-paid add-on. You buy credit packs (5K / 10K / 25K / 50K / 100K) at R$0.10 per message. Credits are consumed 1:1, the account auto-pauses at zero balance, and Meta's WhatsApp Business Platform fees are paid directly to Meta.

Can I bring my own AI keys?+

Where is my data stored?+
Conversation data and customer records are stored in PostgreSQL on Azure (Brazil South region by default). Cosmobots is a Brazilian company; data residency, LGPD compliance, and signed DPAs are available on request.
