…but, as this is a summary, let’s skip to 2016, when the chatbots market heated up. At the time, there were no platforms for creating bots on different channels, and Cosmo emerged as a pioneer in offering everything from simple resources to its own artificial intelligence. Since then, the journey has been full of good surprises: we have participated in several programs such as Visa and Google Campus, created and hosted editions of Bot Battles, watched our team grow and the platform evolved… We cannot say where we will be in 5 years. -light, but with your head in the clouds it’s hard not to dream big.
